How Life Filters change life

Once I came across a lady she was very depressed. She made breakfast very whole-heartedly. After making breakfast she expected everyone to praise her. Everyone had breakfast & left the table without saying anything. She asked her husband about the breakfast. His reply was ya its good but I guess not like the perfect one, my mom used to cook, can be improved & he left for office. Her heart sank & become very depressed because she haven’t heard what she was expecting. But her husband gave his view point which according to him is true, genuine. She met her friend & told her about the incident. Her friend also added fuel by saying all husbands are like same. They don’t value anything. At least he should praise a little. This further deteriorates the situation. The lady haven’t spoken to her husband for two days & keep blaming herself, creating a lot of negative thoughts about herself, her worth. Now here what happens is her whole scenario was dependent on someone else reaction. She blames her husband about her situation. What about her own mind. It means its weak. Her soul is weak to accept the reaction. And by further depressing herself she made it more weak. She hadn’t filtered the things. Breakfast was good. Bit improvement was needed. So we need to filter the conversations what is required for us to imbibe.

If each time we keep on blaming others for our situations we never enjoy life. We can’t live it happily. So we have to make our soul very strong. We must have strong will power to react positively to every situation. If someone blamed me you haven’t did this work, its pending & it has now been long, you are so lazy, you are good for nothing. Now in this what my filter will do, I will only filter & take I have to do this work that’s it. I will not filter & take other words because they are not required & if I take them they will drain my energy. That’s what we have to do . But also we don’t have to be negative towards other person because that were their thoughts, may be they themselves are suffering from some of their own struggles. So FILTERS are very important in our life to be happy. Use Positive Filters to give worth to the only Life You have got.
